26 year leasehold mooring at Pillings Lock Marina on the Grand Union canal. The marina
is situated close to Loughborough with local amenities nearby and has a range
of facilities on site. The Leasehold mooring is for a 63ft narrow boat
and has 26 years remaining. (There is also a boat for sale with the mooring, please see the Narrow Boat Medianoche which can be viewed on our web site)Once you have bought your lease you benefit from not
having to pay mooring fees, you can sub let the mooring through the marina if
you wish, and the option to sell on the remaining lease at a later date. The
only financial obligation to the marina is the annual ground rent and service

Hamish Leys is a 58ft Semi Trad that was built in 2010 by Aqua house but is as new and never been used. A Nanni 42hp engine provides the propulsion and has only covered 100 hours. There is also a Maxpower 6.5hp bow thruster fitted. Hot water is supplied via the calorifer and there is an Eberspacher for the central heating. The saloon has a Puffin solid fuel stove between the L shaped seating and chairs to provide a second source of heating. 4 berth with a fixed double and the L shaped dinette in the saloon converts into a double bed. Now Then is a 57ft Trad built in 2004 by Canal Transport Services. Hot water is supplied by a calorifier with the Morso solid fuel stove in the saloon providing the central heating for the three radiators with a back boiler. A Beta 38hp provides the propulsion and has only covered 1800 hours. PRM gear box. Twin alternators. Isolation transformer. The vessel has a 2kw Mastervolt inverter and charger but also benefits from having an 2kw Electrolux travel pack as well. 4 berth with a fixed double at the stern and L shaped seating in the saloon that converts into a double bed. The galley is fully equipped with a 500 DIT cooker, 240v fridge, microwave and ample storage space. There is also a side hatch and a houdini hatch to let in extra light. Ghost Dancer is a 62ft trad built by Measham Boat in 2008. The vessel was fitted out to the highest of standards by Measham Boats and Tony Gallimore. A Barrus Shire 45hp provides the propulsion that has only covered 115 hours. Vetus bow thruster. Hot water is via calorifier, immersion and webasto. The webasto also provides the central heating throughout the boat. Solid fuel stove in the saloon. 3.5kva generator on the engine. 3.5kva travel pack. Battery management system. All the electrics on the vessel are well thought out for cruising, using low wattage lighting, fridge, water pump and TV.6 berth with two single beds at the stern which can be converted into a double, followed by 2 fixed double beds. Bathroom is fitted with a macerator toilet, vanity basin and shower. There is also another bathroom with toilet & vanity basin. Fully equipped galley. out to the highest quality by MGM Thermaston. 18 inch port holes. Fitted out

also a utility room at the stern where a washing machine is fitted. Propulsion
is via a Barrus Shire 50hp diesel engine with twin alternators. Vetus bow thrusters.
